What if the plaque doesn't work?
Every plaque is tested before shipping. If it doesn't work on arrival or the setup doesn't match your request, write to us and we'll reprogram or replace it free of charge. Since plaques are personalized, they can't be returned for a change of mind.
Is there a discount for multiple plaques?
Yes: 10% off from 2 plaques and 15% off from 3, applied automatically in the cart.
